The mailing list for Capistrano is hosted by Google Groups. It is fairly low traffic, getting a handful of posts per day on average, and is a great place for troubleshooting issues and sharing tips and tricks.

IRC Channel

There is a stalwart group of cappers that hang out in the #capistrano channel on freenode. Just point your IRC client at irc.freenode.net and join #capistrano. It’s a quiet room currently, so you might need to be patient and wait for someone to see your question.
